This web portal is owned by "West Bengal State Forest Development Agency" (hereinafter "WBSFDA").

The commercials of the offerings and enforcement of other terms and conditions for booking and subsequently availing any and/or staying in the properties are the sole prerogative of the WBSFDA

Please Follow the Guidelines as Being Issued Time to Time By the WBSFDA.

1. Booking can be made only from the www.wbsfda.wb.gov.in 90 days prior to the date based on the availability upon successful payment only through the available online payment modes.
2. Visitors are required to carry the ID proof in original at the time of visiting the National Park/Sanctuary and will need to show the same to the person on duty at the Entry Gate and /or any other place in the National Park/Sanctuary upon demand.
3. The booking/reservation of are not transferable. The visitor should carry either the softcopy or the Print-out of the Booking Acknowledgement Slip with him/her.
4. The Charges for any type of product and service will be in Indian Rupees.
5. At least one person should be of 18 years of age or more in a Booking Acknowledgement Slip.
6. Reservation may be cancelled in acute administrative requirement. No cancellation charge will be deducted in such case.
7. WBSFDA will not be liable against non-availability of amenities/services caused by irreparable technical faults or natural inconvenience.
8. It is mandatory to Report at the Reporting Place within the Reporting Time as mentioned in the interface of this web portal and also in the Booking Acknowledgement Slip as applicable for the booked by the visitor for a particular date and time slot.
9. If under any circumstances the amount of payment is being debited/deducted from your bank account but the Booking Acknowledgement Slip is not generated then please login again to your account with WBSFDA available at www.wbsfda.wb.gov.in using the same mobile phone number and/or also check the inbox/spam folder of the email ID given during the online booking transaction. If the Booking Acknowledgement Slip is still not found then please contact with your bank to get the refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. WBSFDA reserves the right to Cancel a Paid/Confirm Booking at any point of time without any prior intimation to the visitor and without any clarification under certain unavoidable circumstances/ acute administrative requirement.
2. If WBSFDA cancels a booking the entire amount paid for the booking will be refunded directly to the source of payment of the particular booking transaction using the facilities available in the internet payment gateway and the relevant banking channel according to the prevailing rules of the banking system of the country.
3. The visitor is entitled to cancel any booking either partially or fully directly from the www.wbsfda.wb.gov.in after login using the same mobile phone number that has been given during the booking transaction through the Cancel option as available before 24 hours of the scheduled start time of the booked .
4. Flat 10% of the Booking amount will be deducted as Cancellation Charge and the rest amount will be refunded directly to the source of payment of the particular booking transaction using the facilities available in the internet payment gateway and the relevant banking channel according to the prevailing rules of the banking system of the country.
